Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher (stone jaw crusher, rock jaw crusher) is a kind of crude crushing equipment for hard rocks and block materials. As a primary crushing equipment, PE series Jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even.
Jaw Crusher Application:
Jaw crusher has been widely applied in mining, metallurgical, construction, road and railway building, water conservancy and chemistry etc. PE and PEX series Jaw crusher are mainly applied in the primary crushing in which the compressive strength of original material is under 320***.
Jaw Crusher Working principle:
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
